Internal operations access for diagnostics, queue recovery, and clinic oversight.

This console only forwards requests to the existing GleamConnect backend. No separate auth platform or frontend-owned business logic is introduced here.

Operator sign-in

Use the backend admin diagnostics token. It will be stored in an HTTP-only cookie for server-side proxy requests only.

This helps the backend attribute diagnostics and retry actions.
